Las Vegas personal injury lawyer, Allen A. Cap, of the law firm Cap & Kudler, has settled a case on behalf of his client who was a victim of a motor vehicle accident. The client on Jones stopped for a red light at Washington. The light turned green and traffic started to move. The truck in front of the client had to stop for a dog crossing the road. The client was able to stop. Unfortunately, the driver of the car behind the client did not stop in time to avoid an accident and struck our client’s car in the rear.
The client went to Urgent Care at Southwest Medical immediately after her accident. She suffered from injuries to her neck, back, jaw, and left arm. She also experienced headaches following the accident. The client was first seen at Southwest Medical Associates Urgent Care facility. After that initial visit, she received further care from Terry Akers, D.C. of Akers Chiropractic and Dr. Alain Coppel of Nevada Comprehensive Pain Center. She also received necessary prescriptions with Med Solutions Pharmacy.
This case was able to be settled after receiving reductions from the medical providers whose care was reasonable for the injuries as well as reducing our fee.
