Las Vegas personal injury lawyer, Allen A. Cap, of the law firm Cap & Kudler, has settled a case on behalf of his client who was a victim of a car accident injury while driving near Meadows and Decatur. The client was traveling south in the right lane of Decatur and stopped at a red light when a van crashed into the back of her Toyota Camry crushing the rear end of the car as seen in this photo. The adverse driver was cited for driving under the influence.
The client’s neck, back, leg, right foot, and right leg were injured in the accident. She also suffered from headaches and other injuries. Insurance Policy Limits
The other driver carried minimum policy limits. Fortunately, our client carried Medical Payments Coverage through her own insurer as well as her health insurance. We worked with the providers to reduce the amounts owed in order to allow the client to receive more compensation for the personal injuries she received from the car accident. We, of course, also reduced our fee to be fair to our client and the providers.
